Statistical highlights on the fourth day of the first Test between India and New Zealand at Seddon Park in Hamilton on Saturday.

# Sachin Tendulkar has received his 12th MOM award - his third against New Zealand - his tally is the best for India in Tests. His first two awards against New Zealand were at Chennai in October 1995 and Ahmedabad in October 1999.

# Tendulkar has now recorded 16 centuries for India for a winning cause in 51 Tests.

# Harbhajan took six for 63 - India's best at Hamilton. He is the first and only Indian bowler to claim six wickets in an innings at Seddon Park.

# Harbhajan's outstanding figures are the best by any spinner at this venue, outstripping Daniel Vettori's 5 for 84 against Sri Lanka in 1996-97.

# With his best ever figures on foreign soil, Harbhajan Singh has produced his first five-wicket haul against New Zealand - his 23rd five-wicket haul overall.

# India's ten-wicket victory, their biggest in New Zealand, is their first in four Tests at Hamilton. New Zealand had won the 2002-03 Test by four wickets while the first two in 1993-94 and 1998-99 ended in drawn games.

# India's aforesaid triumph is their first in 33 years in New Zealand. The said victory is their fifth overall in 19 Tests in New Zealand.

# India's previous win in New Zealand was accomplished in January 1976, winning the Auckland Test by eight wickets under Sunil Gavaskar's leadership.

# India have won 99 Tests out of 428 played.

# Daniel Flynn (67) has made his third fifty - all at home.

# New Zealand wicketkeeper Brendon McCullum during his first fifty against India (84) and the 13th overall has completed his 2000 runs in Tests. Having already made over 100 dismissals, he is the second New Zealand wicketkeeper after Adam Parore to complete the double of 2000 runs plus 100 dismissals.

# McCullum and O'Brien made 76 runs for the ninth wicket - New Zealand's best against India at Hamilton, surpassing the 42 between Dion Nash and Daniel Vettori in 1998-99.
