As the run-machine calls it a day after the ongoing second Test against the West Indies, former cricketers and commentators are paying tribute to the batting icon.
It all started with this tweet: “I look forward to playing my 200th Test Match on home soil, as I call it a day.”
Indian cricket commentator and journalist Harsha Bhogle tweeted: "sachin, i'll say this again: you were a great habit. i'll live every moment of these last two games".
Leading sportspersons, cricket greats, Bollywood actors and corporate bosses are all writing farewell tributes to batting legend.
