All rounder Shaun Pollock will not return to the South African team for the second one-day international against Zimbabwe in Durban on Sunday, team management said on Saturday.
Pollock, who has a long-term ankle injury, missed the first match of the series in Johannesburg on Friday. Fast bowler Makhaya Ntini will also miss the game after team management decided to rest him.

Fast
bowler Charl Langeveldt, who fractured his hand while batting in his Test debut against England in Cape Town in January, was likely to be called in.
"It's an opportunity to give Shaun more time to recover, and to bring back Charl after his injury," South Africa's media manager Gerald De Kock said on Saturday.
De Kock said South Africa would probably rest captain Graeme Smith for the last match of the series in Port Elizabeth on Wednesday.
South Africa won the first match by 165 runs.
