PICS: Yoga for India ahead of West Indies series

The Indian team is training hard ahead of their departure for the series in the West Indies. Led by skipper Virat Kohli, India will be playing a 4-match Test series in the Caribbean.

As part of their training regime, the Indian players took part in early morning yoga sessions to achieve mental and physical fitness.

Overseen by the newly appointed coach Anil Kumble, the players are part of a training camp at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru. 

Skipper Kohli and his teammates Ajinkya Rahane, Cheteshwar Pujara, Umesh Yadav and Mohammed Shami were seen practising quite a few poses at the camp on Saturday.
