Raina, Ojha lead in wishing 'The King of the Super Kings'

MS DhoniIndia’s captain cool Mahendra Singh Dhoni turned 34 on Tuesday and wishes poured in on the social media from the cricket fraternity all over the world.

India's 'captain cool', Dhoni turns 34. Wish him!

A veteran of 90 Tests and 265 ODIs, Dhoni has been one of the most successful Indian ODI captains. He retired from Test cricket in December 2014.

Leading India to two World Cup triumphs in 2007 (T20) and 2011 (50-over showpiece event), Dhoni was once termed as the man with the 'midas touch'. The Board of Control for Cricket in India was early to wish their captain a happy birthday.

"Here's wishing @msdhoni a very happy birthday," tweeted BCCI.

Dhoni's CSK and national teammates also joined in the bandwagon.

"Happy birthday @msdhoni wishing you years ahead filled with love, laughter and success! Have a fantastic one," wrote Suresh Raina.

"Many Many Happy returns of the day @msdhoni bhai. God bless you," tweeted Pragyan Ojha.

The International Cricket Council was also quick to write on its Twitter handle. "Happy Birthday to India's most successful captain, @msdhoni!."

There were also wishes from across the border as former Pakistan captain Shoaib Malik tweeted, "A very happy birthday and many happy returns of the day @msdhoni - enjoy."

Dhoni's IPL team Chennai Super Kings -- with which he won two Indian Premier League titles and a Champions League crown under Dhoni – also joined in with a series of tweets.

"The Leader, The Warrior! The King of the Super Kings! Dhoni is one of the best things that happened to Indian Cricket!"

Other IPL franchises like Mumbai Indian and Rajasthan Royals also wished the wicketkeeper batsman on the auspicious day.

"Here's wishing #TeamIndia ODI captain @msdhoni a happy birthday," tweeted Mumbai Indians.

"Here's wishing @msdhoni a very happy birthday! Have a #Royal one MS!," Rajasthan Royals wrote on their Twitter page.

India's skipper for the Zimbabwe tour -- Ajinkya Rahane-- also wished his captain.

"Happy birthday Mahi Bhai @msdhoni Have a great year Ahead..." the Rajasthan Royals batsman tweeted.
