After winning the hearts of Indian cricket fans, Virat Kohli is the talking point of tinsel town as well.

Ace Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan is in awe of India's batting sensation.

Talking about Kohli’s ever-growing popularity, he said, "He is doing great things for the country. He is super-fit and is currently doing more advertisements than all of us combined."

Kohli and Abhishek shared the stage with India batsman Ajkinkya Rahane and actor Arjun Kapoor to announce a charity football match between cricket stars and Bollywood personalities on June 4 at Andheri Sports Complex, in suburban Mumbai.

Kohli will lead All Heart Football Club, which features other cricketers like Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Harbhajan Singh, Zaheer Khan, Yuvraj Singh, Hardik Pandya, Ravichandran Ashwin amongst others.

Abhishek's All Stars Football Club comprises prominent names like Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur and Shoojit Sircar.

"It is a charity match, but aggressiveness and the will to win is instilled amongst us as sportsmen. The fact that we are doing it for drought victims makes it special," said Kohli.

"I have no other intentions but to take a selfie with the entire Indian cricket team," was Arjun's explanation for his participation in the match.

Speaking about his charity foundation, Kohli said, "Virat Foundation works for under-privileged kids, but this time we thought that we have to do something for the drought victims."

The teams had played a similar match in 2013 in Delhi. Kohli's boys outwitted the celebrities, winning 4-3.
