The Rajasthan Cricket Association has suspended its vice president Kamal Morarka for six months for "disgracing" the members of the Association by levelling allegations against RCA president Lalit Kumar Modi.

The Executive Committee of the RCA, which met on June 14, also issued a show cause notice to Morarka as to why he should not be expelled from the membership of the body.

The main charge against Morarka, who was elected, as RCA vice president in 2001 and then to the BCCI Working Committee, was his allegation that Modi was convicted in a drug case by the court of Durham, North Carolina, USA.
