IPL: Jadeja reprimanded for showing dissent at umpire's decision

Gujarat Lions all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been reprimanded by the match referee for showing dissent at the umpire's decision during his side Indian Premier League match against Kings XI Punjab.

"Mr Jadeja admitted to the level 1 offence (Article 2.1.5 of the IPL Code of Conduct for Players and Team Officials) and accepted the sanction." a statement from the IPL orgainsers said.

For Level 1 breaches of the IPL Code of Conduct, the match referee's decision is final and binding.

Kings XI defeated Gujarat Lions by 23 runs to stop their winning march in the IPL on Sunday.
