The 38-year-old's services were requisitioned by new coach Greg Chappell, who had expressed earlier that he was keen to avail the services of experts in different areas.

Frazer, a former left-handed batsman, is said to be a close confidant of the 56-year-old former Australian captain and the batting great. He has been working with Chappell for some years on his website.

Camp sources said Frazer would be stationed in Bangalore till at least July 22. The cricket skills camp for the probables begins on Wednesday and will continue till July 19.

Last week, Charles Krebs, who specialises in kinesiology, interacted with the players who were undergoing a fitness and conditioning camp, primarily fast bowlers, and gave his analysis to Chappell, the team's physio John Gloster, and trainer Gregory King.

"Krebs looked into the players' mental skills and their ability to adapt their mental skills to their physical skills. He gave them a check-up -- both physical and mental," Chappell said.

Gloster said Krebs focused mental and physical balance of the players. "He is a human performance specialist; he analyses all aspects of human body...how mind and muscles work together."

Australian pace guru Dennis Lillee had also spent some time with the fast bowlers early this month looking into areas where they can improve upon.
