The Board of Control for Cricket in India's working committee met for the second day on Friday at Kovalam, near Thiruvananthapuram.
The in-camera meeting will decide what disciplinary action should be taken against the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association for supposedly tarnishing the BCCI's image by taking it to court.
Chennai-based Netaji Cricket Club and the Sir Thyagaraja Cricket Club, both afiliated to the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association, took the BCCI to court over the Board's elections.

Most working committee members believe the TNCA could have prevented the Netaji Cricket Club and the Sir Thyagaraja Cricket Club from moving the court against the BCCI, but failed to do so.
As the litigation marred the BCCI's image, the working committee members feel the TNCA should be warned about the incident.
A decision will be taken only after the working committee hears the views of TNCA President N Srinivasan, who is also chairman of the BCCI finance committee.
The BCCI meeting will also draw up the schedule for the forthcoming cricket season including India's tour of Pakistan in 2006.
