India crush Bahrain: Under-17 Asia Cup

Opener Uday Kaul smashed an unbeaten 208 and Raviraj Patil hit 123 as India crushed Bahrain by a massive 292 runs in the Asia Cup Under-17 Cricket tournament in Bangalore on Tuesday.

Kaul hit 27 fours and a six in his 142-ball knock, while Patil's enterprising innings, from 76 balls, was studded with 14 fours and four sixes.

India, put in to bat, amassed 419 for three in their allotted 45 overs.

In reply, Bahrain were bowled out for 127 in 40.1 overs, with S Nadeem and P Chawla taking three wickets apiece.

In another match, Pakistan, electing to bat, made 269 for seven and scored a comprehensive 129-run win over Nepal, who could muster only 140 for seven.

For Pakistan, Adnan Raza Ali top-scored with an unbeaten 59).
