Sachin Tendulkar created history when he registered his 100th century in Mirpur against Bangladesh in the Asia Cup on March 16.

He has now ed 51 tons in Tests and 49 in ODIs.

The batting maestro's achievement looks quite impossible for someone to emulate, as the next closest is Australia's Ricky Ponting, with 71.

The batsman emits humility when he states, "I am not god, I am Sachin Tendulkar."

He was being honest when he added that he is only human to have emotions and frustrated when it took him over an year to reach the milestone.

He brought smiles to the faces of faces when he said, "I don't play for milestones; that is a perception created by a few members of the media. I play cricket because I enjoy it."

Here's a look at Tendulkar's unreachable benchmark.
