The Indian complaint against Australian spinner Brad Hogg [Images] for allegedly abusing Anil Kumble [Images] and Mahendra Singh Dhoni [Images] during the Sydney Test will come up for hearing before match referee Mike Procter prior to the third match in Perth.

Hogg has been charged under Level 3 of ICC [Images] Code of Conduct

Hogg was accused by the Indians of abusing skipper Kumble and Dhoni during the final day of the second Test against Australia.

International Cricket Council CEO Malcolm Speed [Images] on Tuesday said the chinaman bowler will appear before Procter ahead of the Perth match which starts January 16.

The accusation came after the Australians lodged a racial abuse complaint against Harbhajan Singh [Images], which led to a three-match ban on the off-spinner.

Indian media manager M V Sridhar had said that the word used by Hogg to abuse Kumble and Dhoni was deeply offensive to Indian sensibilities.

Hogg was reportedly miffed with the two batsmen taking time between overs during the tense last session of the match, in which Australia was pushing for, and ultimately got, a record-equalling 16th straight Test win.
