After Bollywood legend Mithun Chakraborty, renowned Pakistani actor Moammar Rana is the second celebrity to associate with the Indian Cricket League.
As per the alliance, Moammar, aka Momi will own a stake in ICL's Lahore [Images] Badshahs team and endorse and promote the team across both India and Pakistan.
ICL Executive Board chairman Kapil Dev [Images], said, ''After our association with the living legend, Mithun Chakraborty, this is the latest development at the ICL.
"The Lahore Badshahs have been a critical factor in getting an overwhelming response for the Edelweiss 20s Challenge. The Badshahs are arguably one of the best sides in the word and deserve all the support from their increasing home fan base."
''With Momi's huge fan following in Pakistan, I am sure the popularity of the Lahore Badshahs will reach unprecedented levels across the subcontinent,'' he added.
