Lara reclaims his throne in style

Brian Lara sits on the batting throne of Test cricket once again. Just 185 days after losing the world record to Australia's Matthew Hayden, Lara set the Antigua Recreation Ground alight with an unbeaten knock of 400 that sets the bar at a level never seen before. His 375 against the same team at the same ground in 1994 had stood for almost 10 years before Hayden eclipsed it with a knock of 380 against Zimbabwe at Perth last October.
