SAP makes piracy raids in Bombay![]() The raids were made on Infosystems International India Private Limited and Karrox Technologies Limited and 10 servers were found running pirated SAP R/3 software. These were being used for unauthorised SAP R/3 training.
SAP's action against Infosystems and Karrox is part of the company's continuing fight against piracy of SAP R/3, the sale of pirated copies of the software and unauthorised training. We are concerned about the copyright infringement of SAP R/3 and even more so, by the fact that unauthorised training centres misrepresent the kind of training and career opportunities they offer, Bob Armstrong, senior vice-president training, SAP South Asia, stated in a release.
