Rail Budget: Mumbai gets 860 coaches with swanky interiors

Railway Minister Sadananda Gowda has assured Mumbaikra around 860 new coaches with swanky interiors along with 64 new electric multiple units.  

Around 80 lakh (8 million out of the total 20 million passengers across the country) commuters travel daily on Mumbai's suburban train network.  

Wishes of these commuters have come true with the Gowda announcing additions state-of-the-art coaches.
