Chongqing Monorail
Chongqing has the longest monorail track in the world. It is the first monorail system in the world with two lines crossing each other as well.
The Chongqing Monorail can accommodate 30,000 passengers per hour at peak hours.
In September 2011, over 17 kilometres of tracks were added, making it the longest monorail system in the world stretching across a distance of 35.55 kilometres.
