According to a Harvard study, the earth's population will hit seven billion humans in a few months.
India's population is estimated at more than 1.2 billion and is growing at about 1.55 per cent a year. The world's 10th largest economy with GDP close to $2 trillion, India is a giant that is relentlessly moving forward, although not fast enough for many of its poor sections.
India will soon overtake China as the most populous nation on earth. However, it does appear that this could be India's millennium if it plays its cards right.
Be that as it may, there are some countries that have more animals than human beings.
