A study conducted by Pando Networks reveals the speed and reliability of Internet connections around the world with some surprising findings.
Based on 27 million downloads by 20 million computers in 224 countries from January through June 2011, the study provides a comprehensive look at worldwide data accessibility, singling out the best and the worst places to link up with the web. The average worldwide download speed is 580 kbps.
