When it comes to satisfaction with a job, money is just one factor that keeps employees happy, according to a recent survey. The study carried out by Monster.com, one of the largest employment websites in the world, and GfK, an independent global market research company, says it is medium level earners, rather than those with huge salaries, who are happiest at work.
