Internet search giant Google's India-born Chief Business Officer Nikesh Arora will receive a bonus of $3.5 million, the highest amount paid to a top executive at the company for performance in fiscal year 2013.
Google CEO Larry Page and co-founder Sergey Brin will receive no bonus.
The two had not received cash bonuses last year either and are each paid USD 1 a year in salary.

Nikesh Arora, a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology in Varanasi and Northeastern University, is Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer at Google.
According to a filing made by the technology company with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Arora will receive $3.5 million annual discretionary cash bonus, up from $2.8 million in the previous year in recognition of his performance in fiscal year 2013.

Google's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Patrick Pichette and Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Chief Legal Officer David Drummond will each receive a $3 million bonus.
Pichette's bonus amount increased to $3 million from $2.8 million. Drummond's bonus was down from $3.3 million in the prior year.
The bonuses, approved by the Leadership Development and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Google, will be paid on March 14, according to the filing.

Last month, Google had said in a regulatory filing that its Executive Chairman and former CEO Eric Schmidt was awarded $100 million in restricted stock as well as a cash bonus of $6 million in recognition of his contributions to Google's performance in fiscal year 2013.
Schmidt had received a $6 million cash bonus for the company's fiscal 2012 performance.
