The vehicle will be powered by the existing Fiat borrowed 1.3 MJD; same mill powering the SX4.

It was previously speculated that Ciaz sedan will be powered by the more punchier 1.6 MJD but its possibilities are incredibly less because even Fiat, the manufacturer himself, didn't debut the 1.6MJD in the 2014 Linea in our country.
