What adds to the glory of the 2014 Honda Accord Plug-in Hybrid is the approval that it received from California's Air Resource Board (CARB). The board has certified the car to be Super Ultra Low Emission Vehicle 20 (SULEV20), making it the first car with a gasoline mill to meet this stringent standard.
