The 'RennSport' 5 or the racing sports car RS5 is quite different from its predecessor RS4 which was based on the Audi A4's 'B' automobile platform.

The RS 4 was one of the fastest cars and it entirely focused on sports car features.

The present RS 5 though is based on the same design but it has undergone several changes.

RS5 rivals in India

As far as price is concerned, the Rs 76 lakh (Rs 7.6 million) coupe RS 5 has perhaps three rivals: BMW M Series, BMW 6 Series and Jaguar XKR.

Where BMW M Series is priced quite similar to RS 5, the BMW 6 Series and Jaguar XKR are priced around Rs 79 lakh (Rs 7.9 million) and Rs 88 lakh (Rs 8.8 million), respectively.
