Mphasis on Friday said its Chief Financial Officer Ganesh Murthy has decided to leave the company to pursue other career opportunities.
Murthy has served as Mphasis' CFO since July 2009 and will continue in his role till June 3, 2014, the company said in a statement.
It announced that V Suryanarayanan
has been appointed as its Interim CFO.
Suryanarayanan is currently serving as Senior Vice-President & Head- Business Finance & Tax.
"Ganesh Murthy has been a key leader and has been instrumental in enabling our successful transformation.
“While he is going to pursue other career opportunities, he will remain as our ambassador. I wish him the very best," Mphasis Chief Executive Officer Ganesh Ayyar said.
