Slamming the United Progressive Alliance government for its failure to bring back black money stashed abroad, Bhartiya Janta Party Kissan Morcha today said poverty in the country can be wiped out if the money is brought back.
"UPA government has failed to take strong measures on black-money. If the money deposited in foreign banks is brought back, poverty can be wiped out", BJP Kissan Morcha National President Om Prakash Dhankad said while addressing
a one day convention in Jammu.
On the issue of corruption, he said multiple scams have came into light during the Congress-led UPA regime which involve thousands of crores of rupees and affect the common man and country's financial structure.
Bharatiya Janata Party state president Shamsher Singh Manhas said the menace of corruption has also gripped Jammu and Kashmir.
"Our state will soon achieve the distinction of being the most corrupt state in India as number of its ministers are involved in corrupt practises", he alleged.
