Future bright for cement firms

Budget 2005-06: Cement The cement sector grew at a CAGR of 8.0 per cent between FY99-FY03. However, in FY04, the sector grew at a slower rate of 5.5 per cent. Though infrastructure development and robust housing growth are a positive, are fundamentals strong enough to support growth in the long-term? | Continued thrust on infrastructure.
